Production Update: The Human Resistance

It’s been a while since I last wrote about the new web series I’m working on. A few months ago, we were slated to have wrapped filming and post production and launched season one. Well… due to unforeseen circumstances that didn’t happen. We regrouped, cut some fat, built some muscle, and started fresh. We took our idea all the back to the initial concept and began to build it back up to where it should have been all along. Now, with a new direction, and a new team, things are progressing in an almost unrestrained flow. Everything is just falling into place now. There’s no more swimming upstream or dodging boulders from the mountain which we are no longer climbing.

With all this said, I finished a new teaser which will also be used as the intro sequence (in part) to each episode of the series. With this new teaser comes a rebranding of the series. We’ve updated the name, as well as the look and feel over all. With out any further ado… I present to you, the opening title sequence for Terminator: The Human Resistance

Lions, and Tigers, and Bears, oh my!

Well, production on TheHumanResistance.com has been put on hold and pushed back into preproduction due to a few catastrophic setbacks. This was kind of a blessing in disguise, as the entire project was getting off track. Now, myself and coproducer Chris Neff can get the production back on track with our original vision.

Over the next few weeks/months we’ll be rewriting and breaking everything down so there will be no chance of what happened last week happening again.

Lesson learned this time around? Just because someone is adamant about taking on a role of responsibility doesn’t mean they’re the right person for the job. A lack of experience can cloud their judgment and lead to many tasks and details falling through the cracks.
